We can arrange to meet in person or do an online chat, whichever way suits you better.
We would discuss your health issues and concerns, your diet, lifestyle choices and other aspects that affect your wellbeing.
I understand that sometimes we need advice but struggle with the payment. That is why I have the 120 minutes option. You can split the time into 2 or 3 sessions while getting a reduced rate.
